Thank you so much for your encouragement!

I spent a lousy weekend: the wacom did not work any more after 6 years of use. With my wife's help, I cut off a small part of usb line and reconnected it. When its light got bright again, the weekend was almost gone.

I still work very hard at completing the painting. The following picture includes my ideas about the main character, and the holy eagle in the sky.

Love your use of solour. You're very bold, as I tried to do with my entry. I've discarded starting with grayscale to get my values right but maybe I should just persist with it.
