Unhappy Problem with weigth 10000 in Orientation Constraint

Hi everyone, i post a curios problem, im working in an FK/IK Blend foot/leg Control.

Well when i use the wire parameters to connect the Full Weight Orientation Constraint: Float Wire -- to -- Ik/Fk_Blend (inside an attribute holder spinner). and try the test the bones reactions in reverse when itīs Fk do Ik and the other way.

When i see the values that would be 0 to 100 it changes from 10000 to 0, do you know any formula maybe for reduce 10000 to 100 ? because i do in the wire parameters 1- IK/FK Blend

I think i got it --> finally i do in wire parameters

1- spn_Ik_FK_Blend/100 (this is my blending control)

i add some pics





i expect it could help to anyone or maybe correct me if im wrong
