Everyone gets so mad about 3d being a gimmick.
I dont get it, it does make everything a lot nicer to watch,

I saw sky 3d in a shopping center and I was blown away by just amazing it was, it was even better then in the films.

The only thing they have to sort out is the glasses thing.

I don't agree with conversions though.

I do agree that things should be in 3D, but only when they are filmed properly with 2 cameras.

I will not be watching the films in 3D, nor part 2 in 3D.

Jeez, this is a surprise. I wonder what made them think of doing this all of a sudden.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/film/2010/...ows-box-office

If cutting the film into two parts wasn't obvious enough I think people might be a little more open to question this. It's news like this (not the box office record, the re-release :P) that makes me gurgle my **** when I see 3d attached to a film. It's obvious that studios do it to get more money from you yet people are still willing to conform.

I wouldnt pay for stuff id already seen being re-released in 3d.
But it does add an extra dimension (quite literally) to things, and well, it just looks nicer.

that whole 3d **** is really not working at all, the only way it does work is if u look at the place where the makers want you to cause if you don't look at the right place ur eyes will start spinning and tears running down your eyes :\ or atleast thats what I was getting when watching Avatar in 3D... effects are cool but if you don't look at the right place it gives u a headache ...

Yep, i know that alot of people will but this because of the hype, with harry potter and so. but i don't belive in 3D for movies, atleast not when they just convert old movies to 3D. One thing is if they are shot to be viewed in 3d, then it's a whole diffrent story =/
