Man just make a buff guy. Supersoldier is a term that usually means genetically manipulated but horse steroids are good too (As you can see Sylvester Stallone, or Rambo which is his real name, is on the poster picture so we're not gonna prevent you from making a nowadays looking kinda guy)
I don't think Vikings or Spartans qualified for supersoldiers, maybe you can add a futuristic twist to whatever you're making?

Hey fellers

heres my first one, not quite 4 hours but it's not quite "super" enough either, so im going to do another one, and play around with this one on seperate time, I want to texture it and make it more SUPER!!

mudbox all the way this time, was going to do more in zbrush but........

used Linda Hamilton as reference mostly. she is suppost to be a future cyborg general of super awesome superness. SUPER!

Yo, J. You can make them a subtool.

EDIT: The following assumes you use ZBrush.

Go to Polygroups and select AutoGroups.

Then in Subtools hit GrpSplit.

This will make all seperate elements into subtools.
