Alvaro.Estrada - don't worry about it "chose a team" only means that you must chose a forum, whichever you prefer and create a work in progress thread, and present the development on your work (instead of only posting the end result, you need to show some wip stuff)

So is it allowed to paint my backround for the main beauty image?

Like getting a screencrab of my character, and paint the background, even the pedestal around him (without painting on my character obviously)

You can, but only for the main Beauty Shot,

Main Beauty Image (this image will also double as your small thumbnail shown on view entries page)
You are free to do whatever post effects you like on this image. You can create multiple angles of your character or just one big version of your character. You can include painted environments, skies, effects.. basically, anything!

So you would need to have something else, not drawn for the rest of the required shots.

For anyone looking for the submit option, you have to treat it like you are signing up with 3dTotal for the first time.

So, go to the Blizzardfest website, click on 3dtotal, click join, click on the group you joined, this will take you to your submition page. Then, upload all your images. Double check that everything is everything and hit the lock option. You're done. Go take a nap.
