i am sorry - but no. definitevly not.
- too much z-brush, your portfolio doesnt show anything about your modelling skills.
the unwrapped uvws of that broken machine show that you dont model flawless and your texturework needs more improvement.
the things you show do not look very unique, i have seen stuff like that thousand times before, and its mainly unfinished sculpts. you cant impress people with unfinished things.
-no textures and no final renders. - why?
the overall presentation looks bad and rushed, all thrown together - there is no concept, no style.
that chaos 49 logo looks horrible (sorry ) - too much color, and too childish. that is 95s look of private webpage clipart, back in the old days - when internet was young

to give you some advice:

post some finsihed characters, model something in a 3d programm, just keep one or two zbrush pics, dump the rest (especially the unfinished and generic looking sculpts)
put some variety in your folio - maybee some product vis, some illustrations etc..
create a more convincing look of your presentation, develop a coloscheme and stick to it.
never ever ever - use 3 different fonts, in 3 different sizes and 3 different colors in a presentation.

here is what i suggest: create some finished artworks, edit them fro a final presentation, write some lines for each picture.
study some logos and create a new one for you. put some effort into style, make it clean, modern and meaningful. less is more.
delete you current folio and set up a new one, maybe ask a webdesigner fro help, at leas someoen who knwos about colors, shapes, style etc...
post it here again.
time frame: about 3 -6 months.

hope this helps - good luck.

Despite sounding a bit harsh, I'm afraid Psycho is totally right.

You really got to get your own groove and start finishing your projects. Try to find a personal style and vibe, like for example Vitaly Bulgarov (http://www.bulgarov.com). He has a very distinctive style and that's really what you need to do. Apart from the technical aspect, there's a long way to go before you can be considered a valuable asset for a 3D company. Get focused, work like hell, and in time it will eventually pay.

Good luck!

I guess you people didn't understand any part of the fact that I'm 15. Why would I ask if I'm heading in the right direction if I was older?
It's not a portfolio. It's what I can do. I've been using 3DSMAX for 3 years now... I have loads of stuff there which is modelled in max.

then what exactly is your question? what industry btw? some engineering company needs modeller, not a sculpter- a game company needs a sculpter, so it wont matter if you have no idea about cad.

I keep my saying.
You are young, and with time and training you can become good. For now, a job in the "industry" is just a mirage, because it requires years of hard work and many many sleepless nights.
Keep training young padawan, and one day you'll master it

I know that saying very well. After all I've pursued everything up from my own for 3 years now. Learning everything and practicing. With no help.
Also, it's kind of obvious which industry.

Are you suggesting all my stuff is sculpting?

I demostrate hard surface modelling and such in there too. Even the use of an engine and such.

And just to re ittirate to the people who seem to think I'm an adult look for an industry job right now. I'm not.

I'm simply asking if I'm on the right track. Especially to pyhsco mantis who took my post in the completley wrong way.

Unlucky enough, you took the blame for the 10000 previous situations were people come in here with big attitude and little talent and get drilled hard.
Sometimes, a wrong choice of words can really make the difference between a harsh feedback and a warm welcome. Not that you can be blamed for it, but we're all a bunch of sinners who expect the worse from people. Psycho for instance, works as an insurance salesman so he hates people more than I hate asparagus.

Good luck again! Hope to see more stuff from you soon
