Neat idea, I would defintelly push for more evil...an exagerated version of the bottom right on your last sketch (and your inspiration sheet for that matter) would work a treat I think!

I think that you could find a more interesting approach on the horns. More elaborate and original. Like it the horns themselves show the high rank status of the character, but without going all crazy or anything. Something simple yet original.

Very interesting idea... though I would decrease the eyelashes somehow a bit.

A new sketch. I�ve decided a cartoony style against a realistic one. Color is uncompleted

I almost have no spare time. I think I�m very close to the final concept.

JuST: The eyelashes are basic for the look i�m searching for.

DaddyDoom: Yeah, the horns are in develop, hmm... it actually looks like a horny demon...
